Right of withdrawal
According to the law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal, which can be used as desired. At the same time, Mistore.dk of course follows the law, so that there is a 2-year warranty on all products. To make use of the right of withdrawal, contact info@mistore.dk

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@mistore.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be covered the shipping cost of the return if you regret part of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value , and this is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the way it works, you can only get a part a f the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

If there is foil around the box the product comes in , then do not break the foil if you think you will need to return the product. If you break the foil then the product is considered as that has been taken into final use, and therefore no longer as new.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of withdrawal for companies

We do not offer a right of return for companies but refer to the Purchase Act.
Depending on the situation a return purchase can be made for a fee.
