Mistore.dk is operated by East & West Distribution AB, Box 30176, 104 25 Stockholm, Sweden, info@mistore.dk , org. no. 559129-1421 and Danish VAT n r. DK13109311, which is a seller.

Mistore.dk is VAT registered in Denmark and pays Danish VAT on everything sold on the Danish site to private customers.

Buyer is called the “Customer” in this Agreement. The terms of the agreement are adapted for sale to persons who are 18 years of age, and to merchants who are resident in Denmark, and for the sale of goods ("products" below). With us, you as a customer can easily order on Mistore.dk ("Website" below). As a customer, you will have to accept these terms in connection with your order. This agreement is in full compliance with Danish law.

As a customer, you can at any time request an extract, change or deletion of this information. Order data is stored by law for 7 years.

GDPR and Personal Data Policy
How do we work with the GDPR? We need the following information when you shop with us:

We register and pass on the personal information necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

Only our employees, payment and partners have access to customer information. The customer's name and address can be found on packages nes address sheet. We follow the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In connection with your order as a customer , , your information is registered, and you hereby declare that Mistore.dk stores and uses your GDPR data in our processing, to enable the fulfillment of the agreement for you as a customer. As a company, we have an accounting obligation in accordance with the Accounting Act and therefore cannot delete all data in the near future. We also store your email address to contact you as a customer regarding your order and to send out order and delivery confirmation . Your email address is also stored to contact you in case of recall of the product.You also have the opportunity to voluntarily receive our free newsletter, which means that we may store your e-mail address in our database for newsletters

The personal information is registered with East & West Distribution AB and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate , you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. DELIVERY & PAYMENT TERMS
Ordering
To make a purchase with us, you must go through 5 steps:
1. Find the item or items you want and put them in the shopping cart. Then go to the checkout.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Select shipping / payment method.
4. Accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page, and approve the purchase.

At Mistore.dk you order products easily and conveniently. We offer secure payment options and secure deliveries. Mistore.dk receives your order when you click on the "Complete purchase" button at checkout (Step 1 of 1). By clicking on the "Complete purchase" button, you as a customer accept to pay for your order. When Mistore.dk has received your order, you will receive the e-mail "Order Confirmation" to the e-mail address you provided when you ordered.

All orders must be placed on our website. Orders placed by fax, e e-mail or telephone, will not be accepted if not agreed.The customer is responsible for addressing the information is entered correctly.

Safe trade with easy cancellation or return

Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT in accordance with applicable law. VAT for products is charged at 25%.

Fee for unpaid shipments. If you as a customer do not pick up your order from the parcel station or refuse receipt, we will charge a fee for the costs we are charged.

Offers and promotions, promoted on the site are valid as long as the inventory is sufficient, unless other terms are reported in connection with the offer.

Products and range
All products on the website are adapted for use on the Danish market. This means, among other things, that the products comply with Danish environmental requirements and safety regulations.There is a manual in English for the products. Product images must reflect the product's color and other properties in the most efficient way. Because the color reproduction may vary depending on the type of display you use as a customer, we can not guarantee that the colors of the products accurately reflect the colors you experience on the screen.

Payment

Paypal
Pay via your account with Paypal. Easy and fast. No fees for you as a customer. Purchases made via Paypal are not covered by the objection scheme.

Card payment
Mistore.dk uses Shopify payments as an intermediary for handling card payments (VISA, Mastercard, Mobilpay & Paypal) . We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped. The amount is charged in connection with orders. Shopify handles card information and is authorized by PCI DSS certification to ensure that the card's card data is transferred and stored securely in encrypted form.

Delivery
Products are delivered directly to the address you provided when ordering. Mistore.dk only sends orders on weekdays. Stock status indicates whether the product is in stock at the time of purchase. Orders ordered before 13.00 are usually sent the same day, but there may be exceptions.
General delivery times are 2 to 4 working days. Delivery takes place with Bring.

Shipping prices:

Shipping prices on smaller products are DKK 49, but on larger and heavier products are prices higher. For items weighing more than 18 kg and up to 500 kg, the price varies from 49 kroner to 199 kroner. For orders over 500 kg, the price is 499 kroner. The actual shipping price is seen at checkout before the purchase is completed.

For orders on Mistore.dk, delivery is only to Denmark. For delivery to Sweden and to the rest of the EU , please refer to our Swedish site (www.mistore.se). We deliver NOT to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Shipping costs as well as any other taxes are checked at checkout before making a purchase.

Delivery time
Products that are in stock are usually sent from us the same weekday as they are ordered. However, in some cases it may take up to 48 hours before the product is shipped (In addition to public holidays).

Shipping takes place only on weekdays.

Items marked "In stock" are almost always in stock. If these items are sold out, they are usually in our warehouse the next day.

Products with longer delivery times are described. Delivery time is stated as the weekdays it takes to get the goods into our warehouse.

Tracking number is sent via e-mail.

It is the customer's responsibility to check if the delivery is complete upon delivery.

For "Out of stock" products, delivery time is announced within 48 hours , after which you as a customer have the option to cancel the purchase , if you do not want to wait.

Normal delivery time is 2-4 days, depending on the delivery method and whether you live on one of the Danish islands. See stock status, delivery time for the product itself in the webshop.

Changing an order is usually not possible once the order has been given the status "Processed".

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINT
Right of withdrawal
According to the law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal, which can be used as desired. At the same time, Mistore.dk of course follows the law, so that there is a 2-year warranty on all products. To make use of the right of withdrawal, contact info@mistore.dk

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us , that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@mistore.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be covered the shipping cost for the return if you regret part of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value , and this is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the way it works, you can only get a part a f the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
If there is foil around the box the product comes in , then do not break the foil if you think you will need to return the product. If you break the foil then the product is considered as that has been been taken into final use, and therefore no longer as new.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement. has agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of withdrawal for companies

We do not offer a right of return for companies but refer to the Purchase Act.
Depending on the situation, a return purchase can be made for a fee.

Please contact customer service if you want to make a return as a company.

Complaints
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.

Warranties only include product warranty against manufacturing defects from respective manufacturers.

Warranties on products that require installation of electrician, does not apply if installation receipt cannot be presented.

Returns and guarantees are treated differently, which is why return vouchers cannot be used in guarantee cases.

A complete completed guarantee voucher must always be attached.

Unless otherwise stated, then the warranty period is 1 year + 2 years warranty.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

How to return
When returning products or materials to Mistore.dk, the products must be packed on in such a way that they are protected during transport. Mistore.dk therefore recommends that you always pack products in the same way and with the same packaging as when the goods were delivered to you. If you pack products in an unsafe manner and the product is damaged during transport to Mistore, you as a customer are responsible for the damage.

Your shipping note will be sent prepaid , after you have contacted Mistore.dk and have declared your wish to return your package.
