As a customer, you can at any time request an extract, change or deletion of this information. Order data is stored by law for 7 years.

Trustpilot - Butik- and product recommendations
We also work with Trustpilot, which is our external partner for store and product recommendations. Do you want more information about what data Trustpilot collects and what they use the information for?

We have chosen Trustpilot as our partner as they spend significant resources on protecting your personal data and because they take data protection very seriously. GDPR and personal data policy
How do we work with the GDPR? We need the following information when you shop with us:

phone no. and
e-mail address.

We register and pass on the personal information necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

Only our employees, payment and partners have access to customer information. The customer's name and address can be found on packages nes address sheet. We follow the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In connection with your order as a customer , , your information is registered, and you hereby declare that Mistore.dk stores and uses your GDPR data in our processing, to enable the fulfillment of the agreement for you as a customer. As a company, we have an accounting obligation in accordance with the Accounting Act and therefore cannot delete all data in the near future. We also store your email address to contact you as a customer regarding your order and to send out order and delivery confirmation . Your email address is also stored to contact you in case of recall of the product. You also have the opportunity to voluntarily receive our free newsletter, which means that we may store your e-mail address in our database for newsletters.

The personal information is registered with East & West Distribution AB and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
